The VR Headset "Kills" Player If They Die In The Game.

By Flash

An American entrepreneur claims to have created a game. In the game if a player cannot complete a game, they will die.

A headset invented by Palmer Luckey, known as the father of virtual reality, "bombards the player's brain with microwaves" if they die.

According to Mr Luckey in a blog post, the headset 'NerveGear' perfectly recreates reality.

In the device, right above the viewing screen are three explosive charge modules

It is claimed that these charges are capable of killing users instantly by striking their brain.

Boosted graphics can make a game look real, but only the threat of serious consequences can make it feel real to you," Luckey said.

This headset was created as a tribute to the anime Sword Art Online.

Virtual reality became popular in Japan due to an anime showing players wearing the NerveGear headset.

Would you buy a headset that not only makes the virtual world seem real, but also kills you if you don't succeed?
